Mentoring made easy
1. We are a training-first provider, having developed CPD-certified mentor training courses that can be delivered in-person or virtually. We provide regular support sessions for mentors to develop their skills and build their confidence. We provide mentee support sessions to help them get the most from their mentoring experience.

2. Our unique mentor programme platform is designed ‘for companies, by companies’ following an iterative design process with companies we initially worked with. Our focus was to create an easy to navigate, simple and clear, platform with essential features. Our partner companies held us accountable to not over-engineer, or over-complicate our design.
Our platform is Cyber Essentials certified.
3. Mentoring programmes should be driven by quality mentoring. Our training and support and unique mentor platform enables companies to start and scale their mentoring regardless of whether starting our from scratch, or scaling from a manual programme.
We are a partner organisation of the European mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), one of the leading global coaching and mentoring associations.
4. Our Mentor Exchange programme (for senior leaders)
This is for companies who wish to match their senior leaders and managers with mentors who have extensive experience gained from companies across a range of sectors. Our mentors are actual senior or technical experts who have current or recent experience of working in companies, and who have been trained or are qualified in mentoring or coaching.
