We are a member of the highly respected CPD Certification Service, and all our course participants receive a certificate for CPD purposes.

Our unique platform is available to any company regardless of their size or sector.
Comprising a profile-builder with goals and priorities, learning styles assessment, on-demand training resources and courses, and an integrated matching process, and mentoring resources.
We are Cyber Essentials certified, and designed ‘for companies, by companies’ to help companies start and scale formal mentor programmes.

Mentor Exchange programme
Replace expensive Executive Coaching by subscribing to our Mentor Exchange programme with our syndicate of mentors.
Our mentors work in senior professional roles and have extensive experience gained from companies across a range of sectors. They are senior professionals or technical experts, many of whom hold the highest qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring.
They offer reciprocal mentoring working with other senior professionals to overcome challenges and obstacles and perform at the highest levels in their roles and companies.
They provide supportive challenge and allow senior professionals to extend their support beyond the boundaries of their own network.
Companies can request specific mentors from our syndicate and prices are available on request. Preferential rates for registered charities and mission-led organisations.
